Gail Holtzman

Gail Holtzman has been a Real Estate Professional for over thirty years with expertise in commercial and residential sales, leasing, property management, lease auditing, consulting, and Real Estate related seminars. Gail is the broker, owner, and operator of Exel Properties. A graduate of Kent State University, designations as a Real Property Administrator, a Facilities Management Administrator, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and Trust Sales. Also maintains a Real Estate Broker License and a General Contractor License. A member of the Beverly Hills Association of Realtors, the National and California Association of Realtors, Building Owners and Managers International and Seniors Advantage Real Estate Council and serves on the board of directors and chairs a committee at the California Country Club Homes Association. Additionally, involved with the senior community and as a Board of Director for OPICA, a nonprofit adult day care center and volunteers as a knitting instructor at Palm Court Retirement Community. Periodically, a co-host on the Home Show on KRLA radio.
