About Cory

aboutcoryCory Holtzman has resided in West Los Angeles his entire life. He was born and raised in Cheviot Hills. Cory’s parents still live in Cheviot Hills and have resided in Cheviot Hills for more than 37 years. Cory Holtzman attended local private schools, Hamilton High School Academy of Music and California State University, Northridge. Cory grew up playing AYSO soccer, baseball and attended summer camp at Rancho Park. Cory plans to raise his own family in Cheviot Hills one day so his children can enjoy the same experiences in the neighborhood that he enjoyed so much.

Cory Holtzman is the third generation of his family in Real Estate. Cory grew up under the mentorship of his mother, Gail Holtzman, a successful Real Estate Broker and his grandfather, Sam Holtzman, a successful Real Estate investor. As a member of a family who owns and manages property in the Los Angeles area, Cory grew up immersed in the real estate business. It was therefore natural with all of his familiarity and experience that he pursued a career in Real Estate.

Cory Holtzman has extensive knowledge and experience in construction which he learned under his mentors. From light renovations to full capital improvements, Cory manages countless construction projects for his own properties and his client’s. Cory can assist his clients in obtaining potential cost estimates for improvements and refer experienced contractors and vendors to buyers looking to make improvements to their homes after their purchase. Sellers also benefit from Cory’s knowledge of construction to aid in preparing a property for sale to maximize the potential return of a property.

Cory Holtzman earned a Bachelor Degree in Business with a focus in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge along with an additional Associate Degree and Certificate in Real Estate.
